CHRISTMAS
Adopted: 2024
“Christmas” arrived just in time for our Christmas celebration and has been a loving addition to our family. She has been very busy exploring her new home and follows me everywhere! Thank you UCHS for taking such good care of her and introducing us.
JORGE
Adopted: 2024
I was lucky enough to bring Woody (now Jorge) home. He is doing great! My new little best friend. Thank you for helping me through the adoption process. The first few days of bringing him home I had questions and concerns and you walked me through everything. He has completely adjusted. Thank you everyone at Upper Credit!
RAVEN & MAVERICK
Adopted: 2024
I adopted Maverick and Raven in December 2024 as a bonded pair. They very quickly adapted to their new home and I believe they are very happy! They have their own favorite spot to lounge, they love chasing and play fighting each other, and they go crazy over the laser pointer! Their individual personalities have been apparent since day one!
I lost my dog in May 2024
LOKI
Adopted: 2023
It’s been a great year. The two dachshunds welcomed him from the start, and we walk together as a pack of three, which always draws smiles and comments from those we meet. Loki is friendly to people and other dogs, and especially likes children. We love him and are so happy he came into our lives! I urge anyone looking for a new pet to consider adopting from a shelter – there are
GINNY
Adopted: 2021
I fostered Ginny (formerly Guinness) but quickly knew she'd be staying forever. She is a one woman cat, unless you are feeding her; then she loves you for the 2 minutes it takes you to put food in her bowl. She loves lounging in the sun, cuddling on my lap and playing with her mouse "Stanley", who she hides and then pulls out weeks or months later. She is the best company and is
LUCY
Adopted: 2021
Right from the start Lucy made herself at home. She loves our dog April. They have become a team. April is still the boss but Lucy does push April's buttons once in a while.
