Pippin (L’Oreal) 

April 2026 

I adopted L’Oreal at the end of April. She has since been renamed to Pippin, after the beloved Lord of the Rings character. She is sneaky and great at hiding, and very playful. 

Pippin has lots of room to run around and, in fact, often gallops up and down the halls. We are giving her all the time and space she needs to warm up to us and affection in general. 

Luke

Adopted Sept 2024

The name Luke is usually understood to mean “light” or “bringer of light”… and that’s not far from our reality.

Almost two years later, he has truly settled in. That first night, he joined us in bed, snuggled up on the fleecy blanket—and just like that, Luke was home ❤️

CINDER

Adopted: August 2025

When we first brought Cinder home, he was very scared and made it clear we needed to earn his trust. Even then, we caught glimpses of a cat with so much love to give. Now, his confidence, trust and love grows every day. He thrives on routine, loves to look out every window at the birds, greets us at the door, and his favourite time of day is when I get home  because that 

BEAR

Adopted: July 2025

Hi, it's me, Bear. I have so many toys and things that are just for me that I am never bored. One of those is a pool that I can play in anytime, just so long as I don't go into Mom's office space to shake off. I have learned so many new things. When Mom goes to work, I wait for her by the deck and sometimes in the porch. I panic and think that she's not coming back, but she

HARRY & RON

Adopted: October 2024

River (now Harry) and Pebble (now Ron). are doing great! They still cuddle with each other, but also play, groom and tussle. They love their numerous toys and cat beds. They both come to sit beside us for pets and sometimes sleep at the base of our bed. Thank you for caring for our boys! They are part of our family!

MOCHA & MATEO

Adopted: December 31, 2025

Mocha and Mateo have settled in really well. Mateo is curious and continues to get more and more comfortable and cuddly everyday. Mocha is such a sweet and affectionate girl, our daughter is absolutely in love with her. We are very lucky to have them a part of our family!
