Community Programs

Caring Companions connects seniors with shelter animals through temporary or permanent foster placements. The program provides seniors with the joy of animal companionship while giving shelter animals, who might otherwise be overlooked, a chance at a loving home.

Spawt’s Heroes celebrates young community members who collect donations and raise awareness for Upper Credit Humane Society. These paw-some heroes receive a certificate of appreciation and a special feature in our Hall of Heroes!

Our educational programs teach children, students, and community groups about animal welfare and responsible pet ownership, inspiring compassion and helping build a kinder, more caring community for animals and people alike.
