PetSmart National Adoption Week - Special Adoption Event

UPPER CREDIT HUMANE SOCIETY ENCOURAGES PEOPLE TO ADOPT A NEW BEST FRIEND DURING PETSMART CHARITIES OF CANADA NATIONAL ADOPTION WEEK 

Visit PetSmart Georgetown and adopt love March 24 – 30 

[ERIN, ONTARIO] – [March 17, 2024] – Pets are family, and can bring hope, companionship and unconditional love to their people. Adopting a pet in need of a home can bring joy to people and also impact communities, alleviating strain on overcrowded shelters. That’s why the Upper Credit Humane Society will bring adoptable pets to PetSmart Georgetown (319 Guelph St., Georgetown) for PetSmart Charities of Canada® National Adoption Week, taking place March 24 – 30, 2025, with an extra-special adoption event taking place March 29 from 11am to 3pm. UCHS aims to find homes for at least eight animals during the event. 

PetSmart Charities of Canada connects adoption partners such as the Upper Credit Humane Society with local PetSmart stores to bring adoptable pets into in-store Adoption Centres and events. These include pets of all ages, breeds, temperaments, and energy levels. Staff and volunteers are available to help make matches for people looking to adopt.
